"Tysons Connector" was an idea that had its heart in the right place and it's somewhat true that Tysons Corner has a mini-rush hour of people going from their offices to restaurants for lunch, but it might have been ahead of its time. One rider per run? Given how the Reston/Herndon buses have had their Doomsday threats, it might be money well saved for now.
When the Silver Line is running through Tysons Corner and people are used to taking transit there, this can be revisited as it's much easier to not drive if you didn't drive there in the first place.
I've only ridden it onc and it was pretty empty. Mainly like a lunch hour shuttle to get folks from Westpark, Greensboro, and Jones Branch to Tysons just for lunch and not really much as an area circulator. Plus, it only runs from 10-230pm and not really worthwhile as a shuttle for rush hour.
