I was thinking that WMATA cloud always buy ElDorado National Axess.
Here's a picture of it (if you never seen) : http://www.cptdb.ca/wiki/images/9/98/Rock_Island_County_Metropolitan_Mass_Transit_District_0801.jpg
I like that bus reminds me of the classic styled NABI LFW.
I hope WMATA does gets these maybe CNG.

they should, too bad the Eldorado National Axess doesn't sell that much, only a few TAs have them which is Beach Cities Transit (Redondo Beach, CA) ,Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport, MetroLINK (Rock Island, IL) , Brantford Transit (Brantford, ON), and few Airport shuttle operators and TA's in Honolulu Hawaii .
Valley Metro would get these buses this year but the canceled the order, it would have been CNG or LNG, they got the C40LFR instead.
Also yes Eldorado National does offer CNG so there is a CNG version of ElDorado National Axess.
Yea Reagan National has a few of them. Jury's out on whether it's really a heavy duty bus though, ElDorado has a checkered past in terms of quality and you'll notice that the customers are only small TAs and airports...

I have noticed that as well. They seem to run better as airport buses than in revenue service. As for the EZ-Rider, I wonder how they're doing in Philly and LA.
Philly doesn't have EZ-Riders. Plus, EZ Riders are horrendous. I'm wondering if the EZ Rider II is any better.
I REALLY like the El Dorado Axxess, though - very spacious up front! I'd love to see them in regular transit applications.

Look at how Ride On's low-floor cutaways have been MIA for over a month, for example.

Correction: Ride On's low floor cutaways are Champion's NOT Eldorado's. The older 5100's are Eldorado's...
I think most transit agencies are going to have a hard time adopting the Axxess since everyone willingly admits that every other one of their products is crap...
The ElDorado EZ-Rider II's up here in Canada are holding up quite well, and they seem to be the choice for 30' buses up here.
However, for a really heavy duty environment such as WMATA I don't think they'd fare too well (Axess, EZ-Rider or any other one of their products)
I wouldn't put the Axess and EZ Rider in the same class. It's just too bad that the Axess hasn't had a chance to prove itself yet. I found the ones at Phoenix Airport to be quite solid (and roomy!).
Yea Brandon, but here's an example you might appreciate: LFSes at PHL - when "solid, roomy" buses go to hell after a few years.

Youch...at the hands of First Transit at that! Touché, though hehe
