I'm probably going up to Baltimore tomorrow morning to complete fanning the toy train Metro Subway and the white slug Light Rail and I'm wanting to do some bus fanning as well. Which routes might be my best bets for the DE60LFR's or the new DE40LFR's? How about the remaining Flxibles? Thanks!
DE60LFRs are always on the 8. You might catch a 2009 DE40LFR somewhere downtown at random times. The Flxibles, eh I don't know. I caught an E on the 35.
There are 10 new TICS at NW Division. Therefore, you can probably locate some of them on the 54 & 91. Both routes run past Penn-North Metro Station. (NE corner near the drug store.)
The Flxs only operate during the peak hours. I recommend Fayette or Baltimore Sts. as well as Eutaw & Saratoga Sts. Downtown. Routes 15, 19 & 23.

As for the new De41lfrs, the best place would be Baltimore & Howard (First Marina Arena) during the PM Rush. Odds are, the 1, 6, 8, 10, 20, 36, 40, or 48 will have one of these buses. They all stop at Baltimore & Howard.
Stay away from the 8!
Other places to find the 8000s are the 10, 40, 27, 53, 77 & 20
Right now, the 9000s can be found on the 61, 40, & 15. More sightings to come
If you want to ride the new f*ed up de60's they will be on the 8. But caution they get packed more then another other WMATA route you been on. But DE60LFR;s on it like the R2 and U8 with the BRT's. As for the DE40LFR's you have to look out really good. One thing i like is Pataspo LR Station. You will see everything there. But i suggest if your taking the LR get off at Lexigton market and walk a block or 2 down to the qb48 bus stop. The Flxibles are rush out buses and i suggest you ride the NABI Artics because they will be gone in no time.
