Help needed please

Can someone tell me, how to post pix here?

I also would like help in posting pix via the email function. .  I see the IMG button when sending Email, but twice a user (different users) said all they got was a RED X.

Advice:

Upload pictures to Photobucket. Once uploaded there, if they are too big, shrink 'em to 800 x 600 or 640 x 840. If the shrink sizes don't show that mean they're already at that size. Below the photo are 2 links and there are 2 codes. Copy the IMG Code and paste it onto the page.
