I don't see much demand for some of those initially, I'd bring back the original 4 routes as they were (14A, B, C, and D) with service between Tysons, Bethesda, NIH, Montgomery Mall, Rock Spring, and Lakeforest, though I'd be willing to consider leaving Lakeforest out initially.

Maybe if there is enough interest, I'd send certain trips to Silver Spring (either via Bethesda or direct), but I'd give the service a chance to prove itself first, or do it as a last resort if the route seems to be failing to see if the service to Silver Spring could somehow push it over the top.  On the Virginia side, maybe a route out to Dulles could be feasible, but I imagine it would have to make stops along the corridor for workers, if you run it express to the airport what market does it serve?

Once the Silver Line is constructed, perhaps a Bethesda-Tysons "shuttle" to save people the trip into town would be viable.
