OOS buses #6487 and #7138?

What happened to these buses? WMATA WIKI list them as being OOS (in #7138's case, retired). Fire damage? #7166 is also listed as OOS.

Not entirely sure about the other 2, but I believe 6487 was in an accident. I remember 2724 was out of service for over a year, just sitting at Bburg before finally returning to service. That said, it's possible they might someday return to service. That is, if it wasn't severe fire damage, because that usually screws the whole bus up to the point beyond being able to be repaired.
Also, last I checked, 6365 was at Bladensburg with what seems to be a missing roof, not sure but there was a large dent on the tarp covering the roof, indicating that something was definitely missing.

Has WMATA repaired any bus that had fire damage before? I can't think of any.

Several years ago, 2044 had fire damage but was put back on the streets not too long after, it must have been very minor. I think 2097 was also involved in a fire, that one was out of service for much longer, but it did go back in service eventually
