Spotted a Ride-On C40LF and Orion VII OG CNG at the Cummins shop in Manassas last night.

Also, it seems the 8000s are starting to arrive at CET. Units #8002-8011 have all arrived and will be used for MetroWays. Others units include #8001 and as high as #8030. Special thanks goes to Youtuber  " MJofLakeland1" for the info.

#2
From my travels today:
PRTC 267 Fuller Heights line
PRTC 1000 F/S Metro
WMATA 2522 22A (Went to Ballston to see Transformers)
WMATA 2527 25B
PRTC 1000 F/S Metro
PRTC 284 Fuller Heights line.
Also, I noticed that all of ART's 2007 NABI 35 LFWs were parked in a lot near Van Dorn street Metro today (possible rehab? Hopefully, cause those buses need it ASAP).

Forgot to mention that while in Ballston on Saturday, I spotted #2556 on the 23A (IIRC). This bus sounds a lot like a 2007 New Flyer C40LFR.

Travels from yesterday:
PRTC 279 Fuller Heights line
PRTC 196 F/S Metro
DASH 210 AT1
DASH 76 AT5 (That Orion V sounded line it could use a little tone up).
WMATA 6462 70 (First DE42LFA of the first option order).
WMATA 2527 25B (Could of sworn I rode this bus last weekend).
FFX 9614 321
PRTC 195 F/S Metro
PRTC 277 Fuller Heights line.

Something I noticed while on the 70 bus. While traveling down Georgia ave yesterday, I noticed that on the 79 line, there were no C40LFRs on it whatsoever, nor were there any branded XDE40s. I saw a ton of 2001-2002 New Flyer C40LFs, regular 2012-2013 XDE40s and even 1 2005  Orion VII OG CNG, but no Metroextra buses. What's with that? That would be like the REX line with no REX branded Orion 7s. Also, it seems that the 70 line don't use Orion Vs anymore, because all I saw there were DE42LFAs and a few Neoplan AN460 artics.

That's normal. On weekends, they usually keep the C40LFRs in the garage.

That's odd. Usually, WMATA keep older buses in OOS on weekends like most of the 1997-2000 Orion Vs.  The C40LFRs are only years old at this point. One would think that they would try to limit the amount of C40LFs in favor of C40LFRs  and Orion VII OG CNGs.
