Interesting day today was. Spotted a brand new FFX New Flyer XD35 #9684 @Springfield Metro about 2 hours ago. Also, finally saw a West Ox New Flyer DE37LFA ( #3752 on the 18P). I actually thought West Ox had lost those. Also saw REX #2681 @ Pentagon, don't see that everyday.

Why am I the only one reporting things these last few days? Where is everybody?

Because everyone else usually posts observations that are out of the ordinary (like you saying that you saw 2681 at Pentagon the other day, for example)
Normal everyday things like 2562 on the 23A or 2313 on the 80 or things like that, we don't really care enough to note and post

Stopped by Bladensburg today, here's what I saw:

2569 and 2609 in their new paint, almost ready to go
6182 is inside the shop, most likely getting rehabbed
61x5 also in the shop. I couldn't see the 3rd number but my guess is that it's 6155.
2463 still sitting there with a tarp
6487 with some pretty heavy damage to the front

Also, I saw 6142 earlier on the U2, so not yet in rehab but still a broken GPS

So RideOn5905, you can add 2569, 2609, and 6182 to the 'confirmed at Bladensburg' list


Update: I just heard from someone on Facebook that he's heard that 6185 is at Bladensburg, so that bus I saw may have been 6185 instead, maybe?

Confirmed: 6013 and 6185 at Bladensburg

Also saw 2140 and 2554 back there where the rehab center is, and an un-numbered Orion VII (possibly 2542)

Also 7189 is back at Bladensburg, seen on the D6

Confirmed, #2579 is back at FMR. Seen it on the 3A today. Also, #2517 remains @ FMR.

If you see 2579 again (or any of the upcoming new rehabs like 2507, 2542, 2569, 2609, 2613, and 3009), could you possibly try to catch the rehab number? It would help. You don't have to, but if you get the chance, we would greatly appreciate it!

10A 2173 (this Orion V sounded awesome!). What I find interesting is that some of Royal's Orion Vs sound like how the Orion VIs used to sound. Perhaps spare engine parts from the Orion VIs are being reused on Orion Vs?
Also, finally saw #6371 the other day @Pentagon. Not sure what route it was on, but I would guess that it was on the 18 line. So it is now a true West Ox bus.

Interesting day today was. First, the usual stuff:

Now for the fun stuff. Spotted another brand new FFX XD35 (#9690) around Fort Belvoir. Later, #9642 was spotted in Woodbridge (PW county) headed to I presume the Cummins shop in Manssas. Also, it seems that Omni Ride might still be using their Orion Vs, because I saw #178, #176, and #173 all driving around the PRTC tranist center (all out of service) between the storage yard and the main bus depot and vice-versa. I would guess these buses are used for the I-66 routes now, because I never see them on I-95/I-395 anymore. I also spotted new PRTC Gillig advantage #275 around walmart in Dumfries and new FFX XD40 #7742 on the 306 line in Annandale. On a final note, I also saw PRTC #351 training on the SR1 line this morning for the P.M. trips.
